Who we are

ALPHA LEAD MARKETING LLC ("we", "us") operates this store and the Alpha Ad Security panel. Our mailing address is 312 W 2nd St, PMB A2299, Casper, WY 82601-2412, United States. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: open a support ticket from your account, or write to the address above.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address, display name, and password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider, Supabase). If you enable two-factor authentication, your authenticator enrollment is stored by the same provider. We never see or store your password or 2FA secrets in plain text.

Purchases and wallet. Your orders, wallet transactions, top-up requests, refund and warranty requests, and any payment proof files you upload.

Payment data. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card number never touches our servers. For bank and instant transfers, our banking providers (Wise, Revolut) report the sender name, reference, and amount to us so we can match your payment. For crypto top-ups we store the transaction details you submit.

Support. Tickets, messages, attachments, and ratings you send us.

Affiliate program. If you join, your referral code, commission records, and the payout details you provide.

Alpha Ad Security (optional). If you connect an ad account: the account identifiers and access token (stored encrypted), monitoring events for your account, and, if you link Telegram, your chat id.

Technical data. Anonymous page-view pings (a random session id and the page path, not linked to your account), a truncated hash of your IP address for referral click statistics, and failed-login counters keyed to a hash of the email address. We use cookies only to keep you signed in, remember your role, protect forms from bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), and attribute referral visits (30 days).

We do not collect more than we need, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

What we use it for

To provide the service you signed up for: processing orders and payments, delivering products, running your wallet, and answering support tickets (performance of our contract with you). To keep the service safe: fraud prevention, bot protection, and abuse limits (legitimate interest). To meet bookkeeping, tax, and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation). To send you order and account emails, which are part of the service, and occasional store announcements, which you can opt out of with the unsubscribe link in every such email (consent).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (card payments), Wise and Revolut (bank transfer matching), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot protection), Telegram (only if you link it), and Meta Platforms (only for ad accounts you connect). Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it lives and how it is protected

Our processors store data primarily in the United States. Traffic is encrypted in transit, delivered product payloads and connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest, database access is restricted per user with row-level security, and two-factor authentication is available on every account (and mandatory for our staff).

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Transaction and payment records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and anti-fraud law requires, even after an account is closed. Technical logs and counters are short-lived.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you can ask us to: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, open a support ticket or write to our mailing address; we respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data, except transaction records we are legally required to retain. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. Material changes are announced in the store.
